BibliU Awarded Contract To Transform the Wayne Community College Campus Store Experience and Ensure Equitable Access to All

This collaboration aims to make the educational experience more affordable by providing all students equitable access to high-quality digital learning materials.

GREENVILLE, TX, and GOLDSBORO, NC – May 23, 2024 — BibliU, the leading provider of digital learning content and campus store management, was awarded a contract by Wayne Community College, located in Goldsboro, North Carolina, to implement BibliU's Universal Learning+ solution. Universal Learning+ is a fully integrated campus store solution that seamlessly combines an affordable, day-one access program with a robust BibliU Campus store experience.

At the core of this partnership is a shared commitment to equity and affordability in education. By leveraging BibliU's innovative technology, Wayne Community College aims to reduce the financial burden on students and ensure that every student, regardless of their financial background, has access to the necessary resources for their academic journey. BibliU's Universal Learning+ solution provides students with first-day content access and about 90% digital booklist coverage at significant savings. Additionally, as part of Universal Learning+, BibliU's eCommerce technology empowers WCC to maintain a cutting-edge presence with its campus store, both physical and online.

Dr. Patty Pfeiffer, President of Wayne Community College, expressed her enthusiasm for the partnership: “Student success is at the very essence of our mission. Partnering with BibliU will provide course materials to our students on the very first day of class, which is key to beginning a student’s successful journey in a course. The course material will be available electronically on any device at the start of a course."

Dave Sherwood, CEO of BibliU, added: "As the heartbeat of campus life, a BibliU Campus store offers more than just products – it's a hub of energy, creativity, and community. From curating the latest trends to connecting with students and faculty, our goal is to support academic success and promote an inclusive educational environment. This partnership is a testament to our commitment."
